These general terms and conditions of sale and use govern orders placed on foot-destocking.com. They apply to any order confirmed on the website. Last updated: 26 October 2026.
1. Seller identity
The website is operated by O’ DESTOCK, whose registered office is at Route des Termes, ZAC des Termes, 13124 Peypin, France.

2. Products
The shirts and sets offered are unofficial replicas. They reproduce the cuts, colours and materials of the official models, without affiliation with the clubs, leagues or kit manufacturers concerned. Photos are indicative: slight variations in shade or cut may exist.
Products are offered subject to available stock. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we inform you and refund the item concerned.
3. Prices and buy 2 get 1 free
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are $8.99 per order.
The buy 2, get 1 free offer applies automatically to eligible items: for three items purchased, one item is free. Shirts and training sets can be mixed. The offer cannot be combined with another promotional code.
4. Order
The order is confirmed after acceptance of these terms and confirmation of payment. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided. The customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of their contact details, address and phone number.
Any order containing manifestly fraudulent information or an incomplete address may be cancelled.
5. Payment
Payments are accepted via PayPal (credit card or PayPal balance). Transactions are processed by PayPal. We do not store any full payment data.
Payment is debited when the order is confirmed. If PayPal declines the payment, the order is not confirmed.
6. Delivery
The order is prepared within 24 to 48 working hours, then shipped by tracked letterbox delivery. The observed delivery time is 8 to 14 working days after dispatch. The tracking number is sent by email.
For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods or customs checks.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt. We extend this period to 30 days for returns, under the following conditions: item unworn, unwashed, without printing, in its original packaging.
To exercise this right, write to us via the Contact page or at [email protected], stating your order number. Return costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake. The refund is made to the original payment method after receipt and inspection.
Personalised items (name/number printing) are not eligible for return due to a change of mind, unless they are defective or we made a mistake.
8. Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by the French Consumer Code and Civil Code. A defective or non-compliant product may be refunded or exchanged, with return costs covered by us after agreement.
9. Liability
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the website. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of typographical errors or omissions. In the event of a manifest error in a price or availability, we inform you before dispatch and may cancel the order with a full refund.
Our liability cannot be incurred in the event of a delay caused by an external event, an incorrect address provided by the customer or force majeure.
10. Personal data
The data collected is used to process orders, respond to requests and, if the customer consents, send the newsletter. It is never resold. To exercise your rights or learn more, see the privacy policy.
11. Intellectual property
The website, its texts, visuals and graphic elements are protected. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited. The trademarks and logos of clubs or kit manufacturers belong to their respective owners; their presence on the website does not constitute an affiliation.
12. Complaints and disputes
For any complaint, write to [email protected] or use the Contact page. We seek an amicable solution as quickly as possible. The customer may also use a consumer mediator free of charge under the conditions provided by the French Consumer Code; the mediator’s contact details are available on request.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
