Delivery, sizes, printing, payments and returns: answers to the questions we get most often.
What are the delivery times?
Order prepared within 24–48 working hours, then delivered in 8–14 working days in a tracked letterbox. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?
The tracking number is sent by email when your order ships. It works on the site's “Track my order” page and on 17track.net. A parcel can stay “in transit” for a few days before it is scanned locally: this is normal.
How much does shipping cost?
$8.99 per order, regardless of the number of items. Buy 2, get 1 free applies automatically, without a code. Delivery is tracked and discreet, in a letterbox.
How do I choose my size?
Each product sheet offers a size guide: give your size and weight, we calculate the size to take. The exact measurements are in the "Sizes & fit" tab.
What if I hesitate between two sizes?
Take the larger size for a looser fit, the smaller for a closer fit. Manufacturing tolerance is ±2–4 cm, so a size with a little room is more comfortable than one that is too tight.
What size for a retro shirt?
Retro shirts use period sizes, which are more fitted than current sizes. Take one size above your usual size: the size guide calculator adds it automatically.
Is printing included?
No. The shirt comes without printing. You can add a name and number before adding it to the cart: the printing price is shown live in the total.
Does the printing survive washing?
Yes, provided you wash the shirt at 30°C inside out, without fabric softener, and dry it flat or on a hanger. Do not iron directly on the printing.
Are your shirts official?
These are unofficial replicas. They reproduce the cuts, colours and materials of the official versions, but we are not affiliated with any club or kit manufacturer.
How does the buy 2, get 1 free offer work?
Add three eligible items to the cart: you pay for two, the third is free automatically. Shirts and training sets can be mixed.
Can I mix shirts and training sets in the offer?
Yes. The offer covers eligible items in the cart, regardless of category. Shipping is calculated after the discount.
Can I return or exchange a shirt?
Yes, within 30 days, without justification, for an unworn, unwashed item without printing. Contact us by email for return instructions.
What if the product is defective or wrong?
Write to us with a photo: we refund or exchange immediately, at our expense. This also applies if the size received does not match the size guide within ±4 cm.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal. Payment is processed by a secure provider: we do not store any payment details.
