Delivery & Returns

A clear order, a tracked parcel, an easy return. We prepare your order within 24 to 48 working hours, ship it with a tracking number and stay reachable if anything goes wrong.

1. Order preparation

Every shirt is checked by hand before dispatch: seams, any printing, size and reference. Preparation takes 24 to 48 working hours. If you added printing, it is done in our workshop before shipping.

2. Delivery times

Delivery is ensured within 8 to 14 working days after dispatch, by tracked letterbox delivery. This is an observed average: it may vary slightly during peak periods, public holidays or customs checks.

The tracking number is sent by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. It may remain “in transit” for a few days before being scanned in your country: this is normal.

3. Shipping costs and buy 2 get 1 free

Shipping costs are $8.99 per order, regardless of the number of items. The buy 2, get 1 free offer applies automatically in the cart: add three eligible items and the third is free. No promo code is required.

Shirts and training sets can be mixed in the offer. Shipping costs are calculated after the discount.

4. Track your order

You can track your parcel at any time from the Track your order page or on the carrier’s website using the number received by email. If tracking does not move for a few days, write to us: we will check with the carrier.

5. Returns and exchanges within 30 days

You have 30 days after receipt to request a return or exchange. The item must be unworn, unwashed, without printing and in its original packaging. Return costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

1. Write to us via the Contact page with your order number and reason.
2. We reply within 24 to 48 working hours with the return address and instructions.
3. We inspect the item on receipt, then process the exchange or refund.

A refund is made to the original payment method after receipt and inspection of the return.

6. Defective item, mistake or damaged parcel

If the item is damaged, defective or does not match your order, write to us with photos within 48 hours of receipt. We cover the refund or exchange, including return costs. This also applies if the size received does not match the official guide by ±4 cm.

7. Customs and delivery address

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply. They remain the responsibility of the recipient. Check your address before confirming: an incomplete address may delay or prevent delivery.

8. A question before ordering?

Unsure about the size, printing or delivery time? Write to us before ordering: we would rather answer a question than have a customer receive a shirt that does not fit.
