Changed your mind, the size is not right, or the item arrived damaged? Here are the return and refund rules, without the jargon. For timelines and steps, see also the Delivery & Returns page.
1. Return window
You have 30 days after receipt to request a return or exchange. This extends the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal provided by the French Consumer Code.
2. Conditions
- Item unworn, unwashed and without printing.
- Item in its original packaging, with all labels.
- Request sent with the order number and reason.
Items personalised with a name/number printing are not eligible for return due to a change of mind, unless they are defective or we made a mistake.
3. How to request a return
- Write to us via the Contact page with your order number.
- We reply within 24 to 48 working hours with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back in its packaging, with tracking if possible.
- We check the return and then process the exchange or refund.
4. Return costs
Return costs are your responsibility for a change of mind. We cover them if the item is defective, damaged, or if we sent the wrong product or size.
5. Refund
After receiving and checking the item, the refund is made to the original payment method. Bank processing may take from a few days to around two weeks depending on the institution. Initial shipping costs are not refunded for a change of mind.
6. Defective item or mistake
If the item is damaged, defective or does not match your order, send us photos within 48 hours of receipt. We arrange an exchange or refund, including return costs. The statutory guarantee of conformity applies independently of our 30-day commercial policy.
